Meet Stephanie Shivar, the founder of Gallantry Coaching & Consulting! Stephanie is a:

1. Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation
2. Certified Financial Services Coach with Clientwise
3. Certified Professional Diversity Coach
4. Certified Trainer of the New York Times Best Selling book, The 12 Week Year.  

Before starting her Coaching & Consulting practice in 2018, Stephanie held the roles of Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Growth Officer and Chief Development officer for Northwestern Mutual in Denver, Colorado. She is a 3rd generation Colorado native who loves to travel, ski, and enjoy the great outdoors with her daughters.

Stephanie works closely with her clients in the areas of Marketing, Sales Process, Business Development, Operational Effectiveness, Financial Acumen/Success, and Human Resources to target processes including but not limited to Strategic Planning, Cultural Dynamics, Professional Development, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
