Using the principals of the 12 Week Year, you will work individually on your goals while supported in a small accountability group to learn, and grow throughout your planning journey.  

In this customized program you will work directly with Stephanie one on one.  This program includes both the principals of the 12 Week Year and our exclusive Executive Coaching Program. 

Using the principals of the 12 Week Year, we will guide you through the steps to create your personalized plan with our remote coaching team, including weekly accountability and feedback to keep you on track to achieve your goals.
